Project Description:
Construction begins on the multi million dollar Western Sydney Community and Conference Centre (WSCCC). The WSCCC builds on the existing structures within the Panthers Precinct and the wider Penrith locale to create a new state-of-the-art facility business, tourism and entertainment destination close to the Nepean River.
