Project Description:

Construction of roofing and façade works on a 28-storey high-rise development comprising 172 retirement living units, a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, bar, 123 Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) beds, a primary school, a new parish, retail space, and basement car parking. The 28-storey high-rise development is progressing alongside the operational existing historical church.
