Private Residence, 23 South St, Double Bay

This large split level residence was transformed to a street standout by replacing the existing tiled roof and facade with Colorbond Steel in a fresh and neutral colour palette that maintains heritage requirements imposed by Council. The property was insulated with thermal and energy efficient insulation, making it warm in winter and cool in summer while providing cost savings on energy.
